Job summary

Greystar’s Elan Memorial Park in Houston seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support daily financial operations, rent collection, and tenant relations on-site. You will handle invoices, deposits, and reporting while coordinating with maintenance and leasing teams.

The role requires a degree in business-related field and 1–3 years in property management or residence life, with strong communication and system skills using Yardi/OneSite/Entrata.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.

Responsibilities

• Process rent, fees, and other payments and prepare daily deposits.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite and ensure data integrity in the system.
• Review files to identify unpaid or late balances and pursue delinquencies.
• Process vendor invoices and manage communications between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Support leasing and marketing by greeting prospects and assisting with applications.
