IWG, the world’s largest workspace network, is seeking a Community Associate in Oak Brook, IL. You will help create and maintain your center community, handle administrative tasks, assist customers, and ensure smooth daily operations.

A typical day includes welcoming guests, resolving requests (Wi-Fi, directions, printing), coordinating events, invoicing accuracy, and supporting the City Manager with posters and networking invites.

Qualificações

• Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships.
• Owns problems and finds solutions.
• Positive, adaptable in fast-changing settings.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country and 18+.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and handle center operations.
• Assist with requests like Wi‑Fi, directions, and setup.
• Ensure services are charged correctly for invoices.
• Organize posters and coordinate events.
• Support City Manager with networking events.
• Wrap up and tidy the center at close.
