Job summary

IWG in Cleveland, OH is seeking a friendly Community Associate to help run the center smoothly. You’ll assist customers with day-to-day needs, set up meeting spaces, manage inquiries, and ensure accurate billing and service delivery.

You will work closely with the Community Manager on events, communications, and center logistics, delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced coworking environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Ability to take ownership of problems and solve them.
• Positive, adaptable attitude in fast-changing environments.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, WiFi access, packages, directions, and meeting room setup.
• Track and charge services correctly, handle invoices, and respond to support tickets.
• Coordinate event logistics with Community Manager and help publish invitations and posters.
• Support day-to-day center operations and maintain a tidy, welcoming environment for all guests.
