Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to use MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily requests and inquiries to ensure smooth operations.
• Help with tasks such as Wi-Fi code changes, package tracking, and directions.
• Set up projectors and assist with meetings; ensure accurate service invoicing.
• Plan and promote networking events; create and post invites and posters.
• Close the day by organizing the center and guiding groups to exits or nearby facilities.
