Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-center with inquiries, Wi-Fi, directions, and bookings.
• Set up projectors and rooms, help with printing and invoicing.
• Handle center requests and escalate issues via the service portal.
• Coordinate events and distribute notices for networking sessions.
