Job summary

IWG's Seattle center is seeking a Community Associate to help build and maintain a thriving customer community, handling administrative and support tasks so clients can focus on their business.

You'll greet customers, resolve inquiries, manage services, coordinate events with the City Manager’s guidance, and ensure accurate invoicing, while enjoying a balanced schedule and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive problem-solver who owns issues.
• Positive, adaptable in fast-changing environments.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist center customers throughout the day.
• Handle Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions, and setup of equipment.
• Process service charges and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate center events and network with the City Manager for guidance.
• Wrap up and tidy the center at day end and prepare for the next day.
