Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate in Yonkers, NY, on-site. You will manage customer interactions, help create and sustain a productive center community, and handle daily admin tasks to keep services running smoothly.

You’ll engage with clients to answer questions, set up equipment, and coordinate events while ensuring invoicing and service charges are accurate. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent customer service across multiple tasks.
• 1+ year(s) of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ownership mindset—own problems and solve them.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across industries to create and maintain the community within the center.
• Handle center operations, admin tasks, and support needs for customers.
• Help with inquiries: Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions, and setup.
• Coordinate events and invitations for networking within the center.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and charging for services rendered.
