Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Legally eligible to work on-site in New York.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist center guests and members throughout the day.
• Help customers with Wi-Fi codes, package inquiries, directions and setup needs.
• Coordinate services and ensure accurate invoicing for center activities.
• Plan and promote networking events and support center communications.
