IWG is seeking a Community Associate for our Chapel Hill center. On-site role involved in building and maintaining a thriving local community, handling customer requests, setting up meetings, assisting with IT needs, and ensuring accurate service charges.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide excellent service.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, address requests and inquiries.
• Set up/change Wi‑Fi codes, assist with packages and directions.
• Help with printing, invoicing, and equipment setup (projector).
• Sort mail, manage communications, and assist with center events.
• Organize next week’s networking event and prepare notices.
