Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate for our Greenville center. You'll work closely with customers across industries to create and maintain your community, handling administrative and support needs so customers can focus on their business.

You’ll manage in-center tasks, assist with events, tickets, invoicing, and connect customers with services while ensuring a welcoming, productive environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Able to take ownership of problems and solve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with services, inquiries, and center needs to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure accurate invoicing and billing.
• Set up projectors, printers, and other IT equipment for meetings and events.
• Support in-center networking events and community activities.
• Maintain a tidy center and respond to customer requests.
