Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate for our on-site Houston center. You will support customers with inquiries, manage day-to-day center operations, and assist with room setups, Wi‑Fi, and packages. You’ll help maintain a welcoming environment while coordinating light invoicing and service charges.

You’ll also plan local networking events and engage with a growing community of center members, driving excellent customer service and teamwork in a dynamic workspace network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in a busy center with inquiries and service needs.
• Coordinate center operations including Wi-Fi, directions, and room setup.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate service charges.
• Plan and promote networking events and center activities.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming center environment.
