Job summary

IWG Plc is seeking a Community Associate for its on-site center in Bellaire, TX. You will support customers, manage daily center operations, and help coordinate events and communications to keep the community engaged and productive.

Responsibilities include assisting with queries, setting up equipment, handling invoices, and coordinating with the City Manager for events. A friendly, proactive personality and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, adaptable, and proactive in fast-changing environments.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions, and setup of projectors and coffee spots.
• Coordinate with team by routing calls to the appropriate colleague and ensuring accurate invoicing.
• Respond to center/day-to-day requests and maintain service standards, including directing groups and organizing events.
• Prepare next week’s networking events and assist in posting notices and inviting customers to join the network.
