Valiant Residential seeks a Community Manager to supervise day-to-day operations of an apartment community in Fort Worth, TX. You will implement company policies and ensure a well‑managed, compliant property while coordinating budgets, staffing, and leasing activities.

• Minimum 3+ years of property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Fair Housing certification before interaction with prospects or residents.

Responsabilidades

• Screen, hire, orient, and train new personnel using company directives.
• Support staff and promote teamwork; manage administrative processes (performance evaluations, salary reviews, time sheets).
• Determine transitions and promotions for on-site personnel.
• File reports on work-related injuries and maintain accurate records (rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-ins/outs).
• Prepare annual budgets and income projections; ensure rents and late fees are collected and posted.
• Review, code, and approve invoices for payments; make daily bank deposits.
• Ensure the property is rented to full capacity; utilize marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Oversee policies and procedures with Assistant Community Manager and Leasing Agent; ensure compliance.
• Ensure leasing practices conform to laws; obtain credit/criminal reports as required; verify income and rental history.
• Prepare, process, and sign leases; supervise others in doing so.
• Pursue lease renewals; notify 45 days before expiration; supervise leasing staff.
• Handle evictions and landlord liens; maintain resident files; ensure clean, safe, well-maintained community.
• Oversee emergencies, risk management, and on-call availability; inspect property and address deficiencies within budget.
