Qualifications

• One+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to own problems and find solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and manage day-to-day inquiries to support business operations.
• Coordinate center activities, events, and networking sessions to build a strong community.
• Own ticketing via the service portal and ensure accurate invoicing for services used.
• Prepare space and equipment setups, provide directions, and help customers find resources.
