Job summary

IWG seeks a Community Associate in New Brunswick, NJ to manage daily customer interactions, assist with center operations, and support events and networking activities. You will handle inquiries, coordinate setup of rooms and equipment, and ensure accurate billing while delivering great service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to helping customers and center members succeed. This is an on-site position with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ownership mindset and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests, routing and connecting calls, and ensuring accurate invoicing.
• Help customers with printing, invoices, and equipment setup (projector, meeting rooms).
• Plan and organize networking events in the center and support center initiatives.
• Wrap up the day and maintain tidiness in the center.
