Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate for our San Jose center to welcome customers, handle inquiries, and manage daily operations. You’ll maintain services, coordinate with teams, and ensure invoices are accurate while delivering a friendly, high‑quality customer experience.

A typical day includes assisting guests, setting up meeting spaces, directing packages, and organizing events. You’ll work with the City Manager to keep the center running smoothly.

Qualifications

• A good communicator, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
• Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them
• Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries and issues
• Set up equipment, connect calls, and help with meeting room needs
• Process invoices and manage service requests through the portal
• Coordinate events and networking activities within the center
• Maintain center cleanliness and organize daily tasks
