Job summary

Regus Management Group, LLC invites you to join our IWG community as a Community Associate. You’ll help manage a center, assist customers, and handle administrative tasks to keep operations smooth while the Salinas center opens.

Based in San Jose initially, with a plan to relocate to Salinas, you’ll coordinate front-desk requests, support events, troubleshoot WiFi or mail issues, and ensure accurate invoicing. A friendly, service-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests throughout the day.
• Set up and support meetings, projections, and room arrangements.
• Process invoices and ensure services are charged correctly.
• Assist in events and networking activities in the center.
