Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate in San Jose, CA to manage a busy center and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll nurture a thriving community, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations to support clients and members.

You will welcome guests, assist with equipment and services, coordinate with the center team, and participate in networking events to promote the space and its offerings.

Qualifications

• Multitask effectively while delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Proactive, positive, and adaptable to change.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the center, handling inquiries and requests.
• Set up and operate center equipment and AV as needed for meetings.
• Process service charges and invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with City Manager and support events and networking activities.
