You will coordinate with the Community Manager for networking events, assist with IT and AV setup, handle inquiries, and help keep the space clean and well‑organized while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and center services.
• Maintain center cleanliness and organization, and support events.
• Set up AV equipment, assist with meetings, and print or copy as needed.
• Process inquiries and help ensure accurate invoicing and billing.
