Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate to manage daily center operations and deliver exceptional service to members across diverse industries in New Jersey. You will handle inquiries, coordinate services, and maintain an engaging community within the center, enabling customers to run their businesses smoothly.

You’ll support event planning, onboarding of new members, and ongoing relationship building, while ensuring center facilities, billing, and IT setup are running seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-desk support.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; address inquiries and requests across the center.
• Process requests, manage tickets, and ensure accurate invoicing and setup.
• Coordinate events and networking activities within the center.
• Maintain center organization, balance services, and close with customers at day end.
