Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Lifestyle Director to join our community management team in Texas. You will plan, promote, and execute a calendar of events and programming that enhances resident experiences and strengthens partnerships with local organizations.

You’ll work onsite, manage budgets, collaborate with Communications, and build strong relationships with the Board and residents while guiding clubs and committees. A Bachelor's degree and 3–4 years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related fields.
• 2 years of professional experience creating and managing communications.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, promote and execute a comprehensive community event and programming calendar for residents.
• Collaborate on content for community communications (website, newsletters, materials, social media).
• Develop, produce and manage an annual activity budget.
• Build partnerships with local organizations and businesses for residents and the community.
• Oversee amenity center operations including rentals.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Support clubs, groups, and committees within the community.
• Foster a strong, professional relationship with the Board of Directors.
