Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Lifestyle Director to join our team in managing vibrant, resident-focused experiences within a master-planned community. You will lead event planning, programming, and communications, ensuring engaging activities align with our resident-centric mission.

You’ll collaborate with residents, partners, and a volunteer board to create memorable programs, manage budgets, and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment across shared spaces.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related fields.
• 2 years of professional experience creating and managing communications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive community events calendar.
• Develop content for community communications (website, newsletters, social media).
• Produce and manage an annual activity budget.
• Build partnerships with local organizations and businesses.
• Oversee amenity center operations, including rentals.
• Develop policies and procedures for community programs.
• Support community clubs and committees.
• Build strong relationships with the Board of Directors.
• Public speaking and engagement when representing CCMC.
