Job summary

CCMC in Bulverde, TX is seeking a Lifestyle Director to plan and execute a vibrant calendar of resident events and programs. You will manage budgets, coordinate with the Communications Associate on content creation, and build partnerships with local businesses to enrich the community.

The role requires 3–4 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree preferred, and the ability to work onsite Monday through Friday with occasional events outside hours.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or other related experience.
• 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communications.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism or community development preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, driving record, and background check.
• Must be onsite full-time Monday–Friday with potential evening/weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a comprehensive community events and programming calendar.
• Collaborate with Communications Associate to develop content for website, newsletters, materials, and social media.
• Produce and manage annual budget for activities and events.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with local organizations and businesses.
• Oversee amenity center operations including rentals.
• Develop and implement general policies and procedures.
• Support community clubs, groups, and committees.
• Foster a strong relationship with the Board of Directors.
• Public speaking and resident engagement.
