Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Lifestyle Director to lead community events and programming in the Crowley, TX area. This on-site role focuses on creating connections between residents, partners, and the Board to deliver engaging programs and experiences.

You will manage content for communications, coordinate with the team, and maintain an annual budget while fostering strong relationships with local organizations and residents.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional experience in event planning or recreation programming.
• 2 years of experience creating and managing communications.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism or community development.
• Ability to work onsite full-time Monday–Friday, with events outside hours.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive community event and programming calendar.
• Collaborate with Communications Associate on content for website, newsletters, social media.
• Produce and manage an annual budget for activities income and expenses.
• Establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses.
• Oversee amenity center operations including rentals.
• Develop policies and procedures for the community.
• Support community clubs, groups, and committees.
• Build a professional relationship with the Board of Directors.
• Public speaking and engagement with residents.
