Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Lifestyle Director to design and manage engaging community events and programming on-site. You will collaborate with residents and partners to deliver memorable experiences within a resident-focused framework.

The role requires 3–4 years in event planning or related fields, plus 2 years in communications. On-site employment with flexible hours for events is expected, along with safety checks and driving requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations, or related fields.
• 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communications.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism or community development preferred.
• Must be onsite full-time Mon–Fri with potential evenings, weekends or holidays for events.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, driving record and background check.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a comprehensive community event and programming calendar.
• Develop content for community communications, website, newsletters, promotional materials and social media.
• Produce, maintain and follow an annual budget for activities, income and expenses.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with local organizations and businesses.
• Oversee the operation of the amenity center including rentals.
• Develop and implement general policies and procedures.
• Administrative duties and support for community clubs, groups, and committees.
• Develop a strong relationship with the Board of Directors.
• Public speaking and resident engagement.
