Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Lifestyle Director to drive events and programming in our master-planned community. You will partner with residents and local businesses to plan memorable experiences and coordinate communications across channels.

This role combines creative programming with strategic community engagement. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in event planning or recreation programming, plus 2 years in communications, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, PR or related field.
• 2 years of professional experience creating and managing communications.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a comprehensive community events and programming calendar.
• Develop content for community communications: website, newsletters, promotional materials, social media.
• Prepare and manage an annual budget for activity income and expenses.
• Build partnerships with local organizations and businesses for residents.
• Oversee operation of the amenity center including rentals.
• Develop and implement general policies and procedures.
• Support community clubs, groups and committees; liaise with Board.
• Maintain a strong, professional relationship with the Board of Directors; public speaking readiness.
