Job summary

CCMC is hiring a Lifestyle Director to plan and execute community events and programs, engaging residents and partners to create memorable experiences. You will manage communications with the community and coordinate with the board and staff to deliver events that reflect CCMC's resident-centric focus.

You will oversee budgeting, partnerships, and amenity operations, while ensuring policies guide day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in event planning or recreation programming.
• 2 years of professional experience creating and managing communications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote and execute a comprehensive community events calendar.
• Collaborate with Communications Associate to develop content for the website, newsletters and social media.
• Produce and manage an annual events budget; monitor income and expenses.
• Build partnerships with local organizations to benefit residents.
• Oversee operation of the amenity center and rentals.
• Develop and implement general policies and procedures.
• Support community clubs and committees; build strong relationships with the Board.
