Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Lifestyle Director to drive community events, programs, and communications across our neighborhoods in Texas. You will partner with residents, local businesses, and community clubs to create engaging experiences and sustain an active calendar of activities.

The role requires 3–4 years in event planning or related fields, a bachelor's degree or higher, and the ability to manage budgets and collaborate with volunteers and a resident board.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related fields.
• 2 years creating and managing communications.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism or community development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote and execute a comprehensive community events calendar.
• Collaborate with Communications Associate on content for website, newsletters, and social media.
• Budget administration for activity income and expenses.
• Build partnerships with local organizations for residents and community.
• Oversee amenity center operations including rentals.
• Develop policies and procedures; support for clubs and committees.
• Foster strong relationships with the Board of Directors.
• Public speaking and engagement responsibilities.
