Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Lifestyle Director to lead community events and programming, partnering with residents and local organizations to create engaging experiences. This onsite, full-time role involves coordinating communications, budgets, and partnerships to support vibrant neighborhoods and office communities.

You will work with the Board, manage event calendars, and ensure effective public engagement while maintaining strong relationships with residents, volunteers, and staff.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related fields.
• 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communications.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism or community development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote, and execute a comprehensive community event and programming calendar.
• Collaborate with Communications Associate to develop content for community communications (website, newsletters, social media).
• Produce and manage annual budgets for activity income and expenses.
• Establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses to benefit residents and the community.
• Oversee amenity center operations including rentals.
• Develop and implement general policies and procedures.
• Support community clubs, groups, and committees; build relationships with the Board of Directors.
