Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Lifestyle Director to plan and execute community events and programming, engaging residents and partners to create meaningful experiences. You will manage communications with residents and the board, oversee the amenity center operations, and help establish policy and program directions.

The role requires 3–4 years in event planning or related fields, 2 years in communications, and a bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related fields.
• 2 years of professional experience creating and managing communications.

Responsibilities

• Creating, planning, promoting and executing a comprehensive community event and programming calendar for residents.
• Developing content for community communications – website, newsletters, promotional materials, social media.
• Producing, maintaining, and following an annual budget for activity income and expenses.
• Establishing partnerships with local organizations and businesses for residents and the community.
• Overseeing the operation of the amenity center including rentals.
• Developing and implementing general policies and procedures.
• Creating and supporting community clubs, groups, and committees.
• Building a strong relationship with the Board of Directors and engaging with the community.
