Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to take ownership of problems and find solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and maintain a welcoming community within the center.
• Handle inquiries, process requests, and assist with setups (projector, WiFi, etc.).
• Support events and networking activities and help keep center operations smooth.
