Job summary

IWG in Seattle on-site Community Associate role. You’ll work with new and existing customers across various industries to create and maintain your center community, handling administrative and support tasks so customers can run their business smoothly.

On a typical day you’ll assist with seating, Wi-Fi, printing, invoices, and service tickets, organize local networking events, and help clients find cool coffee and meeting spaces near 506 Second Ave.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to own and resolve problems
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable in fast-changing environments
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and maintain center community throughout the day
• Help with printing, Wi‑Fi setup, and directing customers
• Manage invoices and service-portal tickets as needed
• Plan and execute local networking events and postings
• Greet prospects and promote the center to join the network
• Wrap up activities and tidy the center at close
