Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate to build and maintain a thriving center community in our San Francisco location. You will handle administrative tasks and support customers so they can run their business smoothly.

You will greet clients, resolve inquiries, coordinate services, and contribute to events and center operations. The role offers a stable schedule, on-site work, and opportunities for growth within a global network.

Qualifications

• Good communication and client relation-building skills.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to take ownership of issues and resolve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Help create and maintain a community within the center for customers.
• Handle administrative and support tasks so customers can focus on their business.
• Assist customers with inquiries (Wi‑Fi, packages, directions, projects setup) and connect calls.
• Ensure services are charged correctly and invoices are accurate.
• Plan and run networking events and coordinate notices/posters in the center.
• Wrap up the day by tidying the space and guiding groups to finish meetings.
