You will help customers with inquiries, set up AV equipment, process requests, and ensure invoices are accurate while maintaining a welcoming, professional work environment. The position offers a stable on-site schedule and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work and 18+

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and services in person
• Set up equipment and directions, coordinate with center staff
• Process requests, handle invoicing and payments
• Plan and promote networking events within the center
