Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate in Loveland, CO to help create and maintain a thriving center community. You’ll assist customers with day-to-day requests, set up services, and keep operations running smoothly so clients can focus on their business.

Qualifications

• When applying, show 1+ years of customer service experience.

• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and remotely to resolve requests and issues.
• Set up and maintain center services, including Wi-Fi and room bookings.
• Handle service tickets and ensure accurate invoicing and billing.
• Plan and coordinate local events and center communications.
• Provide excellent service while keeping the center organized.
