Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate for our Livermore center, on-site at 2481 Constitution Drive. You will welcome customers, manage center services, and help with day-to-day operations to keep the center running smoothly.

You will assist with inquiries, setup equipment, process invoices, and support events, while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment. This role offers a clear career path and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and issues across services.
• Set up and manage tickets in the service portal.
• Help customers with printing, invoices, and mail handling.
• Coordinate networking events and assist City Manager.
• Ensure center services are properly charged and invoices accurate.
