Job summary

The Community Associate position at IWG in King of Prussia, PA focuses on delivering exceptional customer service within our center community. You’ll handle inquiries, assist with onboarding, AV setup, and day-to-day center operations to keep things running smoothly.

You’ll coordinate with customers, manage tasks across multiple requests, support event planning, and ensure accurate billing while enjoying a balanced, benefit-rich workplace with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high service standards.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-center with inquiries, Wi‑Fi changes, package status, directions, and AV setup.
• Ensure services are charged correctly and invoices are accurate.
• Organize events and coordinate with the City Manager for networking; support center operations and posters.
• Close the day by tidying the center and guiding customers to exit smoothly.
