Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate in Pittsburgh to welcome members, process inquiries, and help maintain the center. You’ll handle daily admin tasks, assist with events, manage printing and invoicing, and ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience.

You’ll work closely with the Community Manager, greet visitors, coordinate space setup, and help drive the local network’s growth. This role offers a friendly, flexible environment and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ownership mindset and ability to proactively solve problems.
• Positive, adaptable attitude in fast-changing environments.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and center services.
• Support day-to-day center operations, printing, invoicing, and ticketing.
• Open and track service requests in the portal.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on events and notices.
