IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate to support the Cambridge center on-site. You will welcome customers, manage requests and ensure a smooth, professional experience for members and visitors.

A typical day includes helping with Wi‑Fi, directing attendees, handling packages, organizing events and keeping the center tidy. Strong communication and basic IT skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Able to adapt to fast-changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with center services.
• Answer questions about Wi-Fi, packages, directions and setup.
• Assist with printing, invoices and event planning.
• Create and manage tickets in the service portal.
• Coordinate with City Manager for networking events.
• Ensure center upkeep and tidiness.
