IWG is seeking a Community Associate in Boca Raton to support daily center operations, assist customers, manage inquiries, print services, and coordinate events. You’ll ensure smooth service, accurate invoicing, and friendly, proactive help that helps members run their business.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service, strong communication, proficiency with MS Office, and a readiness to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with no nights or weekends required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ownership mindset to solve problems.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and center setup.
• Manage bookings, printing, and invoicing tasks.
• Coordinate networking events and center communications.
• Close day by organizing the center and guiding customers.
