You’ll open the center, assist with printing, invoicing, Wi‑Fi setup, and organize events while coordinating with the City Manager. This role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and reliable problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Own problems and find solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic and adaptable.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle day-to-day center needs.
• Print, invoice, and process service tickets for customers.
• Plan and organize center events and communications.
• Keep the center tidy and post notices and posters.
• Assist with Wi‑Fi setup, directions, and inquiries.
