Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate to support daily operations at our Tulsa center. You will manage the in-center community, assist new and existing customers, and handle a variety of administrative tasks to help customers run their business efficiently.

You’ll greet visitors, handle requests like directions and equipment setup, manage invoices, and coordinate in-center events and networking opportunities. A friendly, proactive service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with ability to build relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality service.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and adaptability to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and maintain the center community across industries.
• Address inquiries (Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions) and set up equipment when needed.
• Process invoices and manage service portal tickets to ensure accurate charges.
