Job summary

IWG in Miami is seeking a Community Associate to build and maintain a vibrant center community. You’ll handle administrative and customer support duties so clients can focus on their business, working on-site in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll greet customers, assist with setup needs, manage tickets in our service portal, and help plan local networking events while ensuring accurate invoicing and smooth operations at the center.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to change
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the center and handle inquiries throughout the day
• Help with tasks like Wi-Fi codes, directions, and invoicing
• Coordinate with the City Manager and support networking events
• Organize posters and notices and manage service tickets
• Ensure services are charged and invoices are accurate
