Job summary

Regus Management Group, LLC is seeking a Community Associate for our Niles, IL center. This role focuses on creating and maintaining a productive community environment, handling administrative tasks, and supporting both new and existing customers to help them run their businesses efficiently.

You will coordinate front-desk activities, assist with onboarding, manage inquiries, and ensure services are billed accurately.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ownership mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Positive, enthusiastic and adaptable to fast-changing situations

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day-to-day requests (inquiries, directions, packages, and access to services)
• Set up and troubleshoot basic IT equipment and conferencing needs
• Prepare and send invoices for services used and ensure accurate billing
• Support Community Manager with events and posters, and maintain center cleanliness and organization
• Maintain a welcoming, tidy center and respond to customer needs promptly
