Job summary

Regus in Aiken, SC is seeking a Community Associate to work with customers across industries, building and maintaining a local center community. You’ll handle requests, set up rooms and projectors, process invoices, manage mail, printing, and tickets in our portal, and assist with events to promote the IWG community.

You’ll start before opening to prepare the center, wrap up the day with follow-ups, and guide guests to local restaurants.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; handle requests and inquiries
• Set up rooms and projectors; manage WiFi codes and invoices
• Process mail, printing, and invoicing; attend to service tickets in portal
• Assist with event coordination and promotional activities for the IWG community
• Close the day with follow-ups and tidy workspace
