Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and support their needs in the center
• Assist with inquiries, WiFi codes, directions and AV setup
• Process invoices and ensure accurate service charges
• Coordinate events and postings with the Community Manager
