Job summary

Regus is seeking a Community Associate in Glendale, WI to manage a vibrant center community and support customers’ needs throughout the day. You’ll handle inquiries, coordinate services, and ensure accurate invoicing while contributing to a welcoming work environment.

You’ll work closely with customers across industries, handle diverse tasks, and maintain a high level of service while enjoying a balanced work-life setup with a favorable benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing quality service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ownership of problems and proactive problem solving.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the community within the center to support customers.
• Assist customers with administrative or service requests and billing inquiries.
• Coordinate setup of rooms, projectors, and other services as needed.
• Help manage mail, packages, and center operations throughout the day.
• Support events and networking activities in the center and with the City Manager.
