Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store’s community strategy, engaging the local community through events and partnerships. You will build relationships with Ambassadors and studios, while delivering a world-class guest experience on the sales floor.

You will collaborate with leadership to grow guest acquisition, retention, and brand presence, including product seeding and local programming, contributing to an inclusive teamwork culture and community impact.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life and enhance guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships (Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studios) to grow acquisitions and retention.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador opportunities and raise the store’s community profile.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with leadership for events and initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive team environment that welcomes differences and supports a fun workplace.
