Job summary

IWG, the world’s largest workspace network, is seeking a Community Associate for our Houston center. This on-site role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and helping customers run their businesses smoothly.

You’ll greet visitors, answer inquiries, assist with printing, Wi-Fi setup, invoicing, and center events. A1+ years in customer service, comfort with MS Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.

Qualifications

• You are a good communicator with the ability to build professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (1+ years of customer service experience).
• Ability to take ownership of problems and find solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and service requests to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain and support the center, coordinating day-to-day operations.
• Support events, networking activities and ensure centers are clean and well-presented.
