Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate to manage the center’s community and deliver exceptional customer service in Dallas on-site. You will help new and existing customers with administrative tasks, coordinate events, and ensure accurate invoicing and service charges.

You’ll contribute to a welcoming environment, assist with IT setups, and support daily operations to maintain a high-quality client experience. This role emphasizes relationship-building and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Able to own and solve problems
• Positive, adaptable in fast-changing environments
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work and age 18+

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with onboarding and administrative tasks
• Set up AV equipment and assist with meetings
• Ensure accurate invoicing and service charges
• Coordinate center events and communications
• Provide excellent service to maintain community quality
